Reservation & Payment

Seats are limited to 18 per event and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.


Reservations are not confirmed until full payment of $150 per seat is received via Venmo.


Unpaid reservations will be released if payment is not received within 24 hours of booking.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

Guest cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund.


Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but reservations may be transferred to another guest.


If The Wild Acre must cancel or reschedule the event, all payments will be refunded in full.


Waiver & Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk: All attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in private dining events, including but not limited to slips, falls, minor injuries, allergic reactions, or other incidents that may occur on the property.


Release of Liability: Attendees release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, hosts, property owners, and their agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the event or presence on the premises.


Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owners and event organizers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) that may result from their actions or conduct during the event.


Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any personal property they bring to the event. The homeowner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Attendees may be held financially responsible for any damage they personally cause to the home, furnishings, or grounds.


Photo & Media Release

By attending, guests acknowledge that photography and videography may be taken during the event. These images may be used by the hosts for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. Guests waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such images. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before or upon arrival.

Acknowledgment

By submitting a reservation, making payment, or attending the event, each attendee affirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions (including refund/cancellation, liability, and photo/media release) and voluntarily agree to them.
